Founded in 2008 by Braedon Bigham, Big Digem Excavating Ltd, is committed to serving the unique land management needs of the Gulf Islands. As a lifetime resident of Pender Island, Braedon understand the unique challenges associated with island work. Having spent his whole life on Pender, Braedon has a strong knowledge of managing the unique challenges of Island living from ferry timing, to working with off island subcontractors, procuring materials and more.
Big Digem Excavating Ltd has been a sponsor of community events for several years. Donating product and time for local non-profit organizations. Braedon feels it is important to give back to the community, and he has also been a volunteer with the Pender Fire Department for many years. Several of his crew also are members of the Pender Fire Department.
